What is Evo grill made of?
As true workhorses, Evo Affinity Flattop Grills are constructed from heavy-duty 304-grade stainless steel that can withstand anything Mother Nature throws at it. They also have a drip pan made of stainless steel and removable spillover trays that can be safely tucked away when they are not in use.
How hot does the Evo grill get?
You can adjust the heat of the inner and outer tubes independently, so you’ve got full control over the temperature with separate control knobs. Temperates on the Evo Grill range from 225°F to 550°F, from one edge to the other. The Affinity 30G is easy to start with push-button electronic ignition.

Do not use water, club soda, salt, soap, degreasers, cleaning bricks, steel wool or any abrasive product on the Evo cooksurface. These will deglaze the surface, remove the oil seasoning and can cause rusting. If you accidentally deglaze your surface, follow instructions below to clean and re-season the cooksurface.
